How does pricing work?
Every service is quoted for your exact request. Tell us what you need and we send you the price in the app before anything is booked. You only pay once you accept it.
When do I pay?
After you accept the quote. Open My requests and pay securely inside the Kwana app by card or bank transfer. Your request is confirmed as soon as the payment lands.
How much notice do you need?
Most services need 3 hours' notice. Airport pickups need 12 hours so we can track your flight properly.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Before you pay, you can decline the quote in My requests at no cost. After paying, message our team on WhatsApp before your provider is on the way and we will sort it out.
Who provides the services?
Trusted local providers that Kwana vets personally: drivers, chefs, therapists and photographers. Once your request is confirmed, you see who is coming in My requests.
Do I need to be staying at a Kwana apartment?
No. Anyone in Abuja can request a service. Guests staying with Kwana can also add host extras like cleaning and laundry from their trip.
