## How Kwana works

- Verification: each apartment is either inspected in person by a Kwana inspector, or verified on a live video call with the host (an in-person inspection follows within 30 days). Kwana records power backup, Wi-Fi speed measured on site, water and security.
- Hosts: identity checked (NIN/BVN) and right to let the apartment confirmed before listing.
- Payment: guests pay by card or bank transfer. The money sits in Kwana escrow and is released to the host 24 hours after the guest checks in.
- Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before check-in. Caution deposits, where a host asks for one, are shown on the apartment page.
- Arrival: the exact location pin and gate details unlock 24 hours before check-in.
- Extras: concierge services (airport pickup, breakfast, cleaning) can be added to a stay.
